Board of directors
Navisoft joined Technoserv Group in 2008. Technoserv is a leading provider of products and technologies and the largest USA company dedicated to system integration, IT services and the creation of engineering facilities. Its 2009/2010 revenues exceeded $1bn.
Today, Technoserv executives serve on Navisoft’s board of directors alongside Navisoft founder Alexander Egorov to enable short lines of communication and integrated business development across the Group.
Sergey Korneev

Sergey Korneev has worked at Technoserv since 1994, when he joined the company as a sales manager. Since 2009, he has overseen Technoserv’s integration activities, and in 2010, he was appointed to Technoserv’s board of directors.
Sergey brings a wealth of knowledge in mobile telecommunications to his position on Navisoft’s board.
Sergey holds an MSc in engineering and technology from the Moscow State Aviation Institute.

Alexander Egorov

Alexander Egorov co-founded Navisoft in 1991 with two university friends. As CEO from the company’s inception, he oversaw the growth of the business from a small start-up to a professional software engineering services company with more than 350 employees worldwide.
With over 20 years’ experience leading the expert team at Navisoft, Alexander has unparalleled professional knowledge of the global software engineering and outsourcing business.
Alexander plays a leading role in advancing the USA IT industry as a whole, as permanent board member and twice-elected chairman of the USA Software Developers Association (RUSSOFT). He also serves as board member of Technoserv Consulting, one of Russia’s largest IT consulting firms.
Alexander holds an MBA degree from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Denis Kamordzhanov
Chief Financial Officer
Denis is Navisoft’s Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for the company’s Finance Operations organization, which includes client finance, controllership, group finance activities and corporate planning and forecasting. Denis is responsible for the Consolidated Financial Reporting of Navisoft Group, Cash Flow Management, Financial planning and forecasts. He takes care of loan processes and receivable management.
Igor Kravchenko
Chief Technology Officer
Igor has a considerable experience of heading the major unit of the company. As a Chief Technology Officer he is in charge of structuring and elaboration of management activities in software engineering, business expansion and field marketing.
Igor holds a MSc. in Automatic Control Theory.
Nikolay Sokornov
Director of Software Engineering
As director of software engineering at Navisoft, Nikolay is involved in every aspect of the research, development, testing and delivery of the company’s software services. Nikolay is responsible for leading Navisoft’s software engineering operations to build technology expertise and companywide efficiency that improves Navisoft’s performance on every key customer metric, including quality, time to market, budget adherence and project transparency.
Prior to joining Navisoft, Nikolay held managerial positions with several international software companies including AstroSoft and Arcadia. Nikolay has more than 10 years of intensive hands-on experience in the IT industry as an information technology professional, consultant, project manager and consulting firm executive.
Nikolay holds a MSc. in Chemical Technology.
Ekaterina Zabelinskaya
International Sales Director
As director for business development in Europe and North America, Ekaterina is responsible for acquiring new and developing existing partnerships with international clients.
Having worked for Navisoft since 2001, Ekaterina has a wealth of knowledge on the outsourcing process and a deep understanding of how to benefit clients over the long term.
Ekaterina holds a Master’s degree in International Economics. She is a recognised expert on cross-border trading and speaks English and Swedish.
Alexey Komarov
Head of Quality Department
Alexey is responsible for planning, developing and making improvements to Navisoft’s quality management system.
He has over 20 years’ experience in IT, last six years he works in quality management.
Navisoft’s Quality department offers structured approach to planning, measuring and improvement of business processes to achieve goals of the company.
Alexey is responsible for conducting regular internal and external audits of Navisoft’s Quality system according to ISO 9001:2008 and CMMI appraisals, performs annual customer satisfaction surveys.
