Since 2010 Navisoft is included into a «100 best outsourcing companies of the world (The Global Services 100 list)» which is urged to help clients with a choice of partners in such criteria, as level of expertise, certification, management experience, etc.

Navisoft is included into the first thirty of leading offshore service providers rating (The Top Offshoring Providers List) which was made The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) together with the Fortune magazine.

Navisoft is recognized as one of Russia’s Top Best Employers by the national largest online job search engine HeadHunter. The research is based on Fortune’s «100 Best Companies to Work For» annual study and focuses on identifying three major aspects of HR management in each participant company: prospective employees, HR personnel and current employees of a company.

Navisoft project for the Federal Migration Service of Russia have been recognized by the Best IT Projects (http://www.itawards.ru) in the Public Sector award at the annual Comnews IT Awards in May 2012 in Moscow.

Navisoft had been awarded Innovator of the Year award by the American Chamber of Commerce in St. Petersburg for completing projects for the Federal Migration Service of the USA Federation.

Joint project of Navisoft and S7 Airlines won the Project of the Year award in Global CIO competition (http://www.globalcio.ru/).
